Regulations of the stay
The balance of the stay is payable upon arrival. The Hotel accepts the following payment methods: cash, bank cards, holiday vouchers.
Responsibility
The Client is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or by persons under their care. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings left in the rooms or in the common areas.
Force majeure
In the event of an unforeseeable and irresistible event (strike, natural disaster, administrative closure, etc.), the Hotel cannot be held liable.
Mediation
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Client has the option of using a consumer mediator free of charge in the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably with the Hotel.
